Para comienzos of noviembre se inaugurará a muestra of mi autoría in the Área Cultural of the nuevo edificio of the UDLA (Universidad of the Américas). Esta es a amplia construcción que se está concluyendo al norte of Quito. the edificación es moderna and creo que logrará cubrir muchas expectativas of the estudiantes and of the sociedad in general.
Pero antes que esto ocurra, for este miércoles 15 of octubre, a the 10 :00 AM, in the plaza of the Presidentes (Jorge Washington and Amazonas) se inaugurará the Exhibition «Toros of Colores». in esta programación se prevé también the entrega of a catálogo and a afiche. by lo pronto se puede entrar a the web (www.arteurbano.ec) que, about este tema, ya está in circulación. Este evento tiene relación with the «parades» with animales que se ha hecho in otras metrópolis (en Buenos Aires with the vacas, in Berlin with the osos, in Australia with the canguros, etc.).
Creo que the conjunto of the 30 toros distribuidos in diversos sitios of the Mariscal atraerá a muchos visitantes. Luego of ello, for finales of año, se hará a subasta and cada uno of estas esculturas pintadas irá a the oficinas, or patios, of the empresas compradoras.
